Co Antrim motorist sentenced for third drink driving related incident tells court he is 'deeply ashamed' that he put people at risk

A motorist who had a preliminary breath test of 119 - the legal drink drive limit is 35 - told a court he is "deeply ashamed" that he had put people at risk.
