Chrissie Russell: I don’t care if your dog is ‘just being friendly’ – I’ve run out of patience with bad dog owners and their out-of-control mutts

Ah, there’s nothing like the sun being out to remind you how lovely it is to be outdoors. In the past week, I’ve gone for more walks than I probably have in the last few, rain-soaked months, and it reminded me of several things – our landscape is breathtakingly beautiful, being in nature is truly restorative and I hate dogs.
