CCTV captures moment man allegedly stabs customer at Bolton café in random attack

A man was allegedly stabbed at The Deli on Tonge Moor Road in Bolton on Tuesday morning (April 21) in the second of two random attacks within minutes. A man in his 50s has been arrested on suspicion of assault.
