Builder who boasted about work on ‘Room to Improve’ withdraws from mediation with couple in ‘nightmare’ extension project

A couple who went public to expose their financial loss after alleged unsatisfactory work by a builder say they are offended after receiving a legal letter saying he is withdrawing from mediation.
