Brown Thomas objects to 'premium' beauty/cosmetics outlet on Grafton Street

In an objection lodged with the city council, Brown Thomas Arnotts Operations Director Mark Limby has called on the council to refuse planning permission for the overhaul of 28/29 Grafton Street.
