Pop star Britney Spears has been charged with drink and drug driving. The 44-year-old singer was charged with driving under the combined influence of alcohol and drugs on Thursday, the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office said. The charge comes just weeks after the chart-topper voluntarily chec
