Boy (16) charged over serious e-scooter incident in Coolock

Detective Garda Alan Davis, from Coolock Garda Station, gave evidence that the boy was arrested on Tuesday morning at his home in north Dublin and detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
