Bonfire builders blame Education Authority over position of pyre next to east Belfast library

The organisers of an Eleventh Night bonfire built beside an east Belfast library say the pyre was forced back onto the site after the Education Authority banned them from another site and repeatedly refused to engage over an alternative location.
