BMA: Temporary closure of Daisy Hill Maternity Unit could happen elsewhere due to staff shortages

The temporary closure of the Maternity Unit at Daisy Hill Hospital in Newry last weekend “could definitely happen elsewhere in Northern Ireland” because staffing levels are so low, a consultant doctor has said.
