Billionaire Bill Ackman pitches €56bn deal for Universal Music Group

Billionaire investor Bill Ackman is pitching a deal for Universal Music Group (UMG), the record label giant behind Taylor Swift and Drake, that he is claiming will dramatically boost the value of company largely by moving its listing to the US.
