Belfast Council’s planning fairness questioned after unauthorised Bobby Sands statue allowed to stay

Politicians have raised concerns about fairness in the planning system after Belfast City Council confirmed it would take no further action over an unauthorised statue of IRA hunger striker Bobby Sands in west Belfast.
