Belfast City Council under fire over lack of action on illegally erected IRA statue - with claims of 'two tier planning'

A decision by Belfast City Council not to take action over an illegally erected statue of IRA terrorist Bobby Sands – arguing it would not be “expedient” – has prompted claims of a two tier approach.
