Belfast City Council hits out at ‘lacklustre’ plans to tackle rogue landlords

Belfast City Council has said it is “disappointed” at Stormont plans surrounding landlord registration, while a local politician has branded the Executive’s proposals “scandalous” and “lacklustre.”
