Bathing Restrictions At Ballyalla Lifted

Clare County Council has announced that bathing restrictions at Ballyalla have been lifted. A prohibition notice was introduced last Friday after routine bathing water samples showed elevated levels of bacteria. Following additional investigative sampling, and on the advice of the HSE, the local authority has today lifted the restrictions at Ballyalla Bathing Area.
