Bank of Ireland plans to exit London stock market and offers to mop up smaller shareholders

Bank of Ireland shareholders will be asked to vote on a proposal to cancel its secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), as well as a plan to buy up very small stakes held by some long-time shareholders.
