Bank Holiday bin collections to operate as normal in Ballymena, Larne and Carrickfergus

Bin collections in Ballymena, Larne and Carrickfergus, along with kerbside box collections, will take place as normal on Monday, May 4, Mid and East Antrim Borough Council has said.
