Ballygunner GAA club among investors to pay €40,000/ac for adjoining land

Ballygunner GAA club, reigning All-Ireland club hurling champions, were among a consortium of investors to pay a total of €3.1m or almost €40,000/ac for a 78ac grass farm at Bishopscourt, Grantstown, Co Waterford.
