Q: I feel so ashamed writing to you so please don’t share my full details. I’m having a difficult time having sex at the moment. I can’t keep my erection and I’ve tried lots of different things but nothing seems to work. I’m not depressed or don’t have any mental health issues, and I’m not on any medication. I work out a lot and would like to think that I am in shape and healthy. I do watch a lot of porn, as I didn’t have any good sex education. I’ve gotten in my own head...
