Ask The Doctor: I have to wee a lot more than usual, especially at night – I’m in my 40s. Is this normal?

Question: I’ve started needing to go to the bathroom much more frequently, especially at night. Is this just part of getting older, or could it be something I should get checked? I am a woman in my mid-40s.
