App to provide M28 traffic updates for Cork motorists

The funding covers two linked schemes: The 11km mainline motorway from the N40 Bloomfield interchange to Barnahely being delivered by BAM, and the 1.5km Ringaskiddy relief road being delivered by Sorensen as advance works.
