Antrim and Newtownabbey: Council urged 'to be more serious in relation to fines' after over 200 dog fouling complaints and only two fixed penalties issued

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council received 213 complaints relating to dog fouling during a recent 12-month period but issued just two fixed penalty fines.
