Antrim and Newtownabbey council to develop staff action plan as figures show average of almost 17 days per employee are lost through sickness

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council is to develop a ‘Managing Attendance Action Plan’ for 2026 / 27 after it was revealed an average of 16.92 days were lost per employee over the past year.
