8.4-acre site which was centre of planning battle hits Wexford market for undisclosed sum

An 8.4-acre site, just outside Wexford town, which was at the centre of a planning battle before being granted permission for 92 homes and a childcare facility has hit the market for an as yet undisclosed fee.
