€1.2m gift to Gazan students in doubt over visa refusals

A foundation which manages philanthropic donations on behalf of UCD has written to a US donor asking them to pause a gift to the college worth €1.2 million until it has certainty around the issuing of study visas by the Irish Government to students from Gaza.
